As the Director of the Financial Wellness division at ClearPoint, I have the honor of overseeing two innovative service offerings for our community: My Financial Blueprint - Healthy employer/employee relationships are the foundation for our nation's growth. We help educate and provide financial guidance to low to moderate income work-forces which improves employer perception, reduces turnover, and yields all around more productive employees. Most Low to Moderate income employees are thirsty for financial education, but may not have enough assets to hire a traditional financial planner. My Financial Blueprint is an employer or partner sponsored benefit to Low-to-Moderate Income employees seeking to develop wealth building habits or reach their financial goals. Hispanic Centers for Financial Excellence - Since 2013, we've focused our work to bring financial literacy and education to the Hispanic population by opening 2 Hispanic Centers for Financial Excellence. Our centers are in metro Atlanta, GA and in Miami, Florida with nationwide expansion plans. The Centers work with this community in order to help them reach their long term financial goals. Whether that be owning their first home, saving for retirement, or increasing their overall knowledge and understanding of the US financial system, we're here to help. As a non profit provider, our work is grant funded and the services are free to the community.
