My first contact with the marine sector was at the age of 15 when I was hired as a Wiper/OS on bunker barges during weekends and school vacations. Since then I have worked in positions as an Engine Apprentice, Motorman, Electrical apprentice, Electric Engineer and Chief Engineer on a variety of ships.I have experience from working on DP II class offshore vessels with diesel electric propulsion and I have recently finished a project participating in the newbuilding and commissioning of four large ultra-modern Ro/Ro carriers on Nanjing shipyard in China, there working as a newbuilding Chief Engineer and as Commissioning Surveyor.I have experience from several ships during outfitting and rebuilding in dry dock, working as a Chief Engineer as well as Electrical Engineer.
