I provide assessment, psychological support, and psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families going through relational difficulties, problems related to specific developmental moments (e.g., adolescence, entry into adulthood, the birth of a child, empty nest syndrome, job loss, retirement, bereavement), or who are experiencing a debilitating or psychopathological mental health condition. My scientific approach is systemic-relational, meaning that all problems are addressed by considering the person in his or her universe of relationships (family, couple, social, work, etc.); this allows a reinterpretation of symptoms, diagnosis, and prognosis from a relational perspective. In my work, I consider it fundamental to attune into the patient's deepest needs, to accompany him or her in the search for new meanings relating to concrete or relational aspects, and to co-construct together the therapeutic objectives, which will be specific and tailored for each patient. Nevertheless, each treatment pathway shares a work aimed at increasing levels of awareness, encouraging the emergence of personal and systemic resources, bringing out new relational modalities, and reactivating evolutionary processes.
