Business created and run by my Father, Robert 'Bob' Margadonna, I have been around the company and its operations since I was a child. At RAM Computer, I chiefly serve as a Point of Sale hardware technician for Wakefern branded Shoprite stores as well as Village Markets across the tri-state area. I began by doing field work at the stores, providing on site repairs and replacements for hand scanners, scanner scales, customer and cashier facing touchscreens and displays, receipt printers and laserjet printers. In addition to this, RAM Computer provides on-site support to dentist's offices running small or large backend servers with proprietary software.In recent years, our Point of Sale service has shifted mostly to dealing with the hand scanners. Much of my work involves the diagnosis, repair, and testing of hand scanner units that are sent back from the stores.

Summer position in 2017 and 2018. I assisted the computer teacher at the school to set up the PCs, Chromebooks and iPads used throughout the school before the start of the upcoming school year. Direct assistance was also provided to Teachers with specific needs/requirements for the technology in their classrooms.
