Main responsibilities:- To lead all Product Development activities on the allocated project(s)- To have indirect leadership responsibility for all Product Development project(s) team members- To be a member of Project Team coordinated by the Program ManagerMain activities:- To prepare the scheduling of Product Development activities, to track their delivery and to report the status to the Program Manager- To manage and coordinate project resources and expenditure vs. agreed targets and to report deviations to Program manager- To support Program Managers through adherence to the Product Development process and the timely completion of gate deliverables- To perform technical risk and issue analysis and management, and to ensure appropriate escalationfor resolution where needed- To lead configuration and change management activities for the Product Development team- To provide Product Develpment impact analysis to Program Manager for customer and/or internal driven changes- To lead in the identification and resolution of technical Product Development issues- To provide technical liaison with external/internal customers as first point of contact

My responisbilities are:- To be the main interface with the Customer throughout the course of the whole project development;- To guarantee that Customer's requests (product and process requirements, prototype functionality and any Change Requests under development), are correctly shared within the development team and implemented;- To ensure compliance with company strategies / guidelines during project development;- To define and manage the project budget;- To guarantee that develpoment timeline respects Customer Milestones;- To manage project costs (BOM, Capex and development effort) according to Customer's quotation;- To ensure that the requirements analysis activities are carried out within the timescales defined with the Customer.

Starting from March 2013 I was in charge of pre-development projects management activities related to systems and components New Mobility, i.e. Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV), Fuel Cell Electric Vehicles (FCEV) and Hybrid Vehicles (HEV).Achievements:1) To coordinate the development team of innovative components and systems that can be applied on alternative traction vehicles using the strong know how in plastic component technologies of Röchling Automotive2) To prepare market analysis and business cases related to components and/or systems for "green cars"3) To propose and analyse innovative components and/or production processes through the active participation in brain storming sessions with the objective to find solutions that can be patented4) To be a reference in thermal management design activities, thanks to my deep knowledge matured during my previous job experiences.

In 2007 I was promoted to lead the Design Quality Department of the Electronic Component Product Line. The team I coordinated was composed by Quality Engineers and Reliability Laboratory Technicians.Achievements:1) To coordinate the Quality Engineers in the customer specification analysis, the Design Validation Plan and the Advanced Product Quality Plan definition2) To support the product development team during D-FMEA activities delivering methodology standards and technical tools3) To guarantee the respect of quality standards (i.e. ISO TS 16949) during the product development3) To manage the reliability laboratory according to quality standards (i.e. ISO TS 16949 and ISO 17025)

Starting from May 2002 I was in charge of thermal simulations and mechanical analysis on electronic engine control units for automotive applications.After one year I was promoted to lead the whole Design Methodologies department with the responsibility of benchmarking SW tools for design as CAD (Computer Aided Design), CAE (Computer Aided Engineering), PDM (Product Data Management).

I was in charge of thermal simulations and Thermo-mechanical simulation using FEA (Finit Element Analysis) on Power electronics modules for Industrial applications.
