I have over 35 years experience working as an accountant and attorney. I have authored 30 articles in CPA Magazine as its IRS Representation Advisor. I am the founder of accounting and law firms dedicated primarily to taxes, tax advice and tax preparation. Our goal is to provide peace of mind to our clients. I am the National Managing Partner of the Tax Controversy team at Prager Metis CPAs, LLC.
