With a Master’s in Sustainable Design from Boston Architectural College and additional studies in Sustainable Urbanism at the Rotterdam School of Architecture, I approach every project through the lens of regenerative building.I am proud to hold the title of LEED Fellow and serve as Vice-Chair of the LEED for Cities & Communities Steering Committee. As a Living Future Hero, LFA and a member of the ILFI Energy + Carbon Technical Advisory Group and IWBI Advisory Board, I am continually pushing the boundaries of sustainable design. My credentials also include WELL AP, Green Rater, EDGE Expert, and CBCP (Certified Building Commissioning Professional), which provide a holistic foundation for my work.🚀 Key AchievementsAs Co-Founder, COO, and Sustainability Director of Green Loop LLC, I have led sustainability efforts for over 700 projects, totaling more than 70 million square feet across Latin America, the Caribbean, and the U.S. In this role, I drive carbon reduction strategies as a sustainability consultant, energy modeler, and commissioning agent, achieving measurable impacts in energy efficiency and environmental performance.
