Commissioned the System that Includes Green Hydrogen Generation ( PEM Electrolyzer), Seawater Intake, Pre-treatment, Desalination (UF, RO), Demineralization (Cation, Anion, Mixed Exchanger), Boiler Side Condensate Polishing Process andResin Regeneration, Sodium Hypochlorite Generation, Sludge Dewatering, Cooling Towers, Fire Water.RESPONSIBILITIES:-DCS Operations and Monitoring of the whole system to make sure quality production is within the recommended parameters.-Perform regular production studies and analysis to identify any quality and process problems then troubleshoot those problems to find the optimum solution.-Creation of engineering documentation for shift-wise and monthly production and consumption reports of water, hydrogen, and various chemicals to optimize usage.-Designing the SWRO, BWRO systems on Winflows, and Demineralization system on GPS-X.-Establishing standardized LOTO, and PTW, and doing risk analysis to reduce injuries accidents, and hazards in the production environment.-Coordination with seniors, and maintenance team and leading the field operators towards successful plant operation.
