Mutli-tasking does not cover the broad aspect of expertise that is naturally generated by managing four to five productions a school year while utilizing the aid of students, staff and community members as well as the daily and consistent scheduling and maintenance of classroom etiquette, lessons, meeting deadlines and being able to shift gears quickly and efficiently. I have become accustomed to seeking the strength in others and build upon them to enhance the effectiveness of the whole group. I will always be a lifelong learner whether in education, marketing, sales or any new endeavor that can maximize my skills and potential.
