In 2019 I started as the first HR dedicated employee within this rapidly growing organization, and a few years later I had my own HR team with multiple HR dedicated employees. My focus is on creating structure e.g. review function and salary house and develop HR policies worldwide (20+ offices in Latin America, Africa and Asia, 160+ employees). From operations to strategy: in this function I focus on all necessary changes around Recruitment within a fast growing organization that needs to transfer to its new size. I advise, support and coach the Managers Recruitment and P&O during complex HR, Recruitment and Selection questions. Project for example: restructure Recruitment department, develop performance evaluation forms, implement an onboarding program, start Talent Management etc. Besides that I search for new Recruitment strategies and am responsible for the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

I recruited using job boards and social networks, interviewed candidates, made an estimation of their qualities, analysed their wishes and also the needs of their potential employer. Deaf Metal is a music festival for deaf and hearing people. We invented this concept to make alternative music accessible for deaf people and create more understanding for being deaf. Therefore everyone is welcome to join these special events. During these events different bands perform, visual sign interpreters translate the music and texts, a special dance floor vibrates to the rhythms and VJ's make the DJ's work visible.

As minutes secretary I supported several divisions like Board & Policy and Objection & Protest. At the first, companies were being tested if their management is at risk. Due to this I saw how different companies are organized. At the latter, trustees object against decisions of the Municipality of Amsterdam. Here, it is important to write down a clear story despite the emotions of trustees.

I worked at the division Management Development & Human Resource Development and was responsible for the research of the need of the student with regard to internships. I also helped with the daily business like organizing business days. At the end of my internship I gave advice to the Management Team HR.

I worked at the division Quality of Life at two studies about the effect of different types of therapy during absence. During this period I was busy with the logistics of the questionnaires and data analysis.

Description communication controller: I wrote different types of texts, maintained contacts with intern and extern parties and was responsible for the festival papers. Contacts with parties like educational institutions, the Municipality of Amsterdam, the Committee of Advice, catering industries, cultural platforms, funds and control elements like the Supervisory Board had to be maintained. Further, I recruted editors, plotted subjects and looked for an appropriate printing office for the festival papers. Finally I took care of the website (www.amsterdamsstudentenfestival.nl, I do not co-operate anymore).Description president: Plan and finish the business of the meetings, inspect the activities of all six members of the festival board, being the contact point and solve problems. At the end of the year I was responsible for the recruitment of the new board.
