We help assist our customers daily with their online banking or balances. Every day we work our mobile deposits and I also worked on returned ATM checks.

My job was to assign workers to their positions that worked best for our shift that day. I would come in twice a week and rotate stock. Every morning we counted the drawers and did daily bank runs as well as hold monthly meetings.

We made sure the machines were constantly up and running properly. If there was an issue, we had to fix it. If the product did not pass inspection, we had to get rid of it. We often helped our fellow coworkers to run the line and get things packed.

We assisted customers with taking their orders and cash. We made sure the orders were correct while taking them out in a timely manner. After our shift was over, we cleaned and prepared for another work day.
