Perseverance, consistency, and self-discipline carved a balanced role between HR Supervisor and Active Public Speaker.As a People enthusiast, I’ve actively contributed a high sense of passion and ideas in employee engagement and development strategy for +/- 100 employees with 80% satisfaction rate on average from the Fintech Industry, Educational Start-up, and Creative Digital Agencies.In performance management strategy, I’ve experienced developing probation assessment and pulse survey measurements in Fintech Industry, Building OKR,MBO and Performance tracking measurements for an educational start-up and a creative digital agency. Technically, I’ve demonstrated good relationships with business partners, doing end-to-end asset procurement and management and also stock opname that improve effective and efficient general affairs management.Selected as Outstanding Student Udinus’20 and awardee of Udinus Rectorate Scholarship from Bachelor to Master Degree dedicated me to actively sharing, motivating, and empowering each other about public speaking and self-development for +/- 1000 youth participants from the academics sector (UUM, UGM, Udinus, STIE Widyawiwaha, SMAN 2 Magelang, etc) and The Community Sectors (Ruang Bergerak, Tunas Bertumbuh, etc).
