Hello! I’m Michael, Chief Client Officer at Razorfish. I’m responsible for a core business of 80+ clients and $360M+ in annual revenue. My mission is to deliver the best of Razorfish to each client, focusing on measurable business growth and lasting business partnerships.With over 20 years of experience in the marketing and advertising industry, my background is in developing and implementing performance-based marketing strategies by leveraging my many years of melding creativity, experience and technology. Since its inception, Razorfish has always been at the forefront of digital innovation. My role involves helping clients enhance the interplay between Business & Brand Strategy, Media, Social, CRM and Commerce, while leveraging Data & Analytics to fine-tune the customer journey. Together, we work to achieve the transformative business results we envision.Prior to my current role, I was EVP, Managing Director of the Southeast region for Razorfish -managing through the pandemic, shifting to a hybrid work model, and was able to maintain and grow that business by 78% over three years. Prior to Razorfish, I’ve held global leadership roles working both state side and internationally and cut my teeth at a pioneering digital start-up early on in my career. As a leader, I index highly on empathy and inclusion and I’m passionate about enabling the potential of my teams, colleagues and clients.
