10 years of banking related experience make me a prime candidate to be a leader on applications teams. I motivate and encourage others to be the best they can be. As a configuration analyst at Baker Hill my primary responsibility is to design documents using Windward Designer for clients, including: credit memos, deposit summaries, credit score disclosures and so on. I also work within the Nextgen system to create business rules that pull the documents based off certain criteria within the loan applications. I am the team SME with Windward designer and I love sharing my knowledge. I am currently in training to get my Microsoft Power BI certification which I expect to lead to a huge career path change.
