Team checked in as many as 1000 families on a peak day. – As Concierge, delivered exceptional customer service to VIPs and international guests (primarily Latin American). Ensured positive guest experiences, resolved issues, and planned vacations and dining experiences. – Helped implement new technology across the resorts. Magic Bands are an all-in-one device that serve as a guest’s room key, debit card, park ticket, and fast pass.
