He is ACIA certified with an MSc in Energy Economics (Natural Gas, Power, and Renewables Option) from Centre For Petroleum Energy Economics & Law (CPEEL), University of Ibadan. Cumulatively, Emmanuel has developed and managed Gas portfolios with a throughout capacity that exceeds 60MMscfd and Power with revenue assurance exceeding USD186.53Million. He is currently focused on driving Natural Gas Monetization Commercialization and Utilization in Nigeria and across Africa by developing, maturing and executing simple-to complex Gas and Power transactions within the upstream, midstream and downstream sectors.He is experienced in negotiating Gas contracts (IGSAs, GTAs, GSAs, GSPAs etc.), Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), business opportunity maturation, strategy development and execution, contract management, revenue generation/assurances, cashflow sustainability, stakeholder management, tariff determination, cost optimization and plant operations & overall project management. With a strong believe in zero carbon energy, Emmanuel is committed to ensuring the realization of clean energy availability, accessibility and affordability for Nigerians and Africans as a whole. He is a speaker at specific energy conferences and has written several policy papers and participated in various energy policy initiatives across Africa. He is a member of the IAEE and NAEE.
