Established business specialized in the restoration and export of vintage automobiles (Citroen 2cv’s) from France to the United States. Designed and implemented custom intranet solution in ColdFusion and MySQL to track every step along the buying, restoring, exporting and selling processes to maximize administrative efficiency. Coordinated teams in France and the US to double production each successive year. Led the market for 2cv imports within one year of launching, in both average price and number of sales.

One of only ten American drivers competing in Europe against the best drivers in the world in four different racing championships. Raised over $250,000 in sponsorship funding from five international businesses, including several multi-year deals. Donated 50% of funds raised through eBay auctions for promotional space on car to two cancer charities.

Redesigned project workflow and reduced administrative errors by nearly 100% through custom intranet site developed in Ruby on Rails and MySQL to track each project through all required procedures. Developed organizational methodology to reduce time spent searching for projects and centralized file storage in order to keep projects synchronized between all employees. Generated macros and small specialized programs to perform a variety of simple, complex and repetitive tasks on both Macintosh and Windows platforms. Responsible for all technological needs, including system maintenance, redundant backup solution, database administration and website design on Linux, PC and Mac platforms. Converted the original static website into a multilingual dynamic website with ColdFusion and MySQL, including an automated notification system and interface for translators to submit revisions whenever a change is made to the English copy.
