As a full time therapist in Atlanta, I support adolescents, adults, and their families throughout their healing journey. I both work with clients at the intesive outpatient level of care and in private practice. I am confident in my ability to support and treat a range of mental health issues such as trauma, anxiety, psychosomatic pain, identity development, depression, and behavioral issues. As an experienced yoga and meditation teacher, I also incorporate elements of mindfulnesss, yoga, and somatic healing into my work with clients.
