I am a sophomore at Harvard College, pursuing a degree in Economics with a secondary in Global Health and Health Policy. As a Harvard College student, I have excelled in courses spanning macroeconomics, statistics, global health, and international development, and I have been recognized as a John Harvard Scholar for my academic excellence.My professional experience includes a research internship at the University of Global Health Equity in Rwanda, where I worked on pioneering projects focusing on maternal and child health nationwide, and a Health Economics Internship with Lumiere Health International, focusing on rural healthcare systems to inform national policy in the Dominican Republic. Additionally, I am a research intern at the Harvard Health Systems Innovation Lab, where I am contributing to a global health data framework, focusing on cardiovascular disease and cancer in Latin American health systems.I serve as Co-President of the Harvard Undergraduate Economics Association, 2025 Co-President of the Harvard Undergraduate Foreign Policy Initiative, and recently completed my tenure as Deputy Director of Solicits for the Harvard International Review, where I had the privilege of interviewing global leaders such as the Minister of the Environment for Burkina Faso and the Deputy Director of the Peace Corps.I am also honored to have been selected as an Undergraduate Prize Fellow at the Joint Center for History and Economics, where I conduct independent research at the intersection of economics, history, and global health, and participate in world-class seminars with leading scholars.I am passionate about global health, economic policy, and international development, particularly in African and Latin American contexts.
