Executing all Trade import and procurements transactions on behalf of the company both Local & Foreign Suppliers.Process of SON, NAFDAC and other Government agenciesProcessing Form Ms applications for bank validation and Customs registration as well as Letter of Credit establishment.Establishing innovative and cost-effective procurement strategies on quotation requests to vendors.Reviewing existing contracts with vendors & suppliers to ensure their continue viability.Engage vendors on contract agreements and risk evaluations, procurements budgeting and reports for management decisions.Follow up shipment advice from suppliers to ascertain ETA as well as Freight agency for prompt clearance at the port.Payment of FGN duty, Shipping & Terminal to ensure goods are delivered at the factory timely.
