 Design, deployment and continuous update of hardware and software systems, for networking and resource sharing between the local hard ware devices, the pharmacy management application (Micro-merchant systems), and other remote web resources for effective management of the daily pharmacy operations. Trouble shooting of any technical glitch ranging from power supply, network and other communication tools, software malfunction and all other forms of technical break down arising from day to day operations. Accurate and secure management/transmission of sensitive operational data such as patient’s profile, drug classifications and insurance exchanges in line with regulatory principles. Designed and implemented the upgrade to Legacy inventory system, by exploring the powerful inventory capabilities of the Micro-merchants Pharmacy software application. Review and continuous update of program documentation and essential reporting in line with HIPAA privacy requirements and other regulatory standards. Improved customer service standards and delivery in line with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Training of new pharmacy staffs.

 Participated in enterprise Oracle database installations, configuration and customization with the RAC option. Design and scripting of database objects like tables, views, functions and triggers as outlined for specific project requirements. Scripting of effective SQL queries to meet the logic of a given data project according to the resources available Testing of SQL queries and PLSQL procedures to attain reasonable processing speed while reaching for the most effective memory optimizations.  Regular implementation of Data integrity and consistency checks using DBCC tools. Participated in development of several software applications with C# on the .net environment. Creating and updating coding documentations. Conducting Application testing and code debugging as needed during product development. Providing follow up support to our clients.
