November 2010 - Date FBN Mortgages Limited Role: Credit/Enterprise Risk Manager (July 2015 – date) Duties: • To oversee the development and implementation of credit management framework of the organisation in accordance with regulatory requirement and in line with corporate goals.• Provide and support enterprise Risk Management framework of the organization• Evaluate the associated risk components in company’s and industry business and proffer mitgants to ensure business continuity.• Facilitate the completion of credit proposals and provide guidance on credit structures to senior management team• Analysis and review credit request.• Constantly monitor and analyse the bank’s credit position against market segments.• Ensure minimal credit risk exposure while maintaining profit maximization objectives. • Coordinate the review of all credit files and attendant security details.• Support the implementation of credit process solution (Credit Bureau, SLA) • Resolve credit process issues • Prepares provisioning reports base on both IFRS and GAAP standards for FINCON and Auditors • Generate credit reports within agreed timeline for MANCO, FBN Holding, CBN and our External Auditors • To coordinate the actual set up of loans on Finacle.• Carry out monthly analysis of account performance on loan portfolio• Coordinate effective loan monitoring for the bank. • Credit Risk Portfolio Management• Actively contribute to the development of the bank’s corporate strategy

Development of Real Estate & Mortgage products for different market segments.Ensure effective relationship management and building with new and existing customers.Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members.Review and analysis of weekly team business report for management.
