I oversee due diligence for corporate & commercial concerns with regard to transactions, corporate migration, the establishment of new entities, compliance with Nigerian laws and perfection of land titles. Our enterprise/start-up advisory practice has assisted blue-chip foreign & local companies with project development and business process automation.I also provide legal consultancy services in specialized areas of law and transactions to wit Intellectual property, Telecommunications, privacy & data protection, energy and natural resources and recently inter-modal transportation infrastructure. I actively provide advice and bespoke vetting, verification and investigation for job seekers and employees for select clientele.

I conducted due diligence searches in company and Land registry, Drafted conveyances as well other contractual documents.I conducted due diligence for Telecommunications concerns with regard to cell site acquisition and provided diverse client advisory services
