I manage all safety elements for over 70 operations staff across 12 sites. With my support, the production servicing firm has consulted for 7 projects with major E&P companies in the EMEA market.• I manage QHSE performance tracking, improvement and reporting using key Safety Performance Indicators such as Lost Time Injury (LTI), Restricted Work Cases (RWC), Medical Treatment Cases (MTC), fire incidents, and Near Miss Incidents (NMI).• I ensure HSE regulatory compliance for all operational processes, benchmarked against industry best practices.• I led the QHSE response to the Covid-19 pandemic, ensuring no operations closure and no infections to date.• I have coordinated 3 Safety Representatives to achieve 100% accident-free operations (site preparation for rig operations, drilling, well optimisation & maintenance) for 1 year and counting.•I manage proper oilfield waste disposal, and periodically train personnel to ensure in-house HSE competence.

I managed Occupational Health and Safety for 30 operational staff, as well as Environmental Quality Management for analytical and geological services at the firm. This role required site visits and extensive travel.• I oversaw the timely renewal of HSEQ operating licenses, and supported internal/external audits to verify safety systems.• I achieved and maintained 100% fatality-free operations throughout the 9 years in this role, during which I trained 3 safety personnel to ensure succession.• I conducted Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and Environmental Baseline Studies (EBS) for 3 capital and private projects in the energy industry, including pre-construction air quality analysis for the largest single-train refinery in the world.• I developed an in-house HSEQ policy framework, thereby qualifying the firm to offer 6 new services.• I liaised with the operations team to develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for hydrocarbon analysis GC characterisation, assay testing, crude oil fingerprinting, TPH, PAH, BTEX, SARA, PCB, OCP, THC).

In this role, I coordinated over 20 laboratory personnel to manage processes, quality and maintenance of the public laboratory facilities.

I oversaw over 300 staff and 2 production lines, to manage standards conformance for all products and processes of the palm oil refinery.• In response to the absence of a Quality Management System, I established a quality assurance unit featuring inspection, testing, monitoring, quality gates, and control capabilities.• I oversaw third-party quality management to ensure vendors’ compliance with in-house requirements and industry standards.• I tracked performance of the quality assurance unit, and prepared periodic management reports.• I successfully led research and development to develop a new revenue-generating product line from a waste stream.• I trained 3 full-time staff and 7 analytical interns on quality system requirements and administrative processes.
