Pre-Sales Activities:Provide Technical pre-sales support for IBM Cloud & Smarter Infrastructure as outlined by the business. Build up trust relationship with customer as trusted advisor. Understand client strategic business requirements. Develop solution with IBM tools to satisfy customer needs. Deliver Technical presentation and POC (Proof of Concept) / POT (Proof of Technology) to customers according to the real case situation. Assist with feasibility studies, provide technical follow-up to prospects and build technical proposals, respond to RFI's and RFP's and build Bill of Materials. Sales Activities:Opportunity Identifications, Validating Opportunity, Qualifying Opportunity, Gaining Agreement with the client and closure (win) the Opportunity. Other sales activities include Client Relationship Management, trade shows and industry "webinars", live workshops to clients throughout the territory, product presentation, and account planning for different industries. Understanding client's strategic business objectives and client engagement preference (means of communicating with the client). Working with IBM Business Partners with the right skills to deliver client requirements
