• To ensure the effective implementation and execution of processes related to Competency-based Recruitment, Performance Management, Training and Development Management, Remuneration, Career Planning, Personnel Affairs• To prepare periodical reports of HR activities and submit them to top management• To plan, develop and implement HR procedures and strategies• To monitor and report the effectiveness of all HR processes and offer improvement suggestions regarding these processes• To develop and communicating HR metrics and identify where changes in practices and policies are required• To design, deploy and lead creative HR projects and initiatives end-to-end• To give strategic HR support to the business leaders and teams• To analyze data and provide recommendations to improve employee engagement and maintain a positive employee experience• To design succession plans for key talents and key roles• To manage onboarding and orientation program to ensure newcomer adaptation & engagement• To manage new employees´ integration to company as well as their leaving• To manage the HR team.
