I was responsible for Sectras employer branding and recruitment process, mostly in Sweden but also globally. We have 13 offices around the world and over 700 employees.I coordinated our employer branding activities, for example career fairs and company evening events at our HQ in Linköping. I have also been responsible for the procurement, price negotiation and the configuration of our new IT system for handling the recruitment process. I introduced our country operations in the system and educated my colleagues how to work in the system. In this job I took a lot of strategic decisions and I also had my own budget for employer branding activities, sponsoring, traveling etc.

Participated and finished at 29th place at the Swedish championship show jumping outdoors for seniors 2017.Participated and finished at 19th place at the Swedish championship show jumping outdoors for seniors 2018.
