In addition, I have an overall responsibility for Giorgio Armani Beauty and YSL in Sweden.Areas of responsibilities include; driving the fragrance growth and realize sales, profit and market share targets. Develop the operational fragrance activation plan in close cooperation with the commercial team and marketing as well as the activation plan for Giorgio Armani Beauty. Collect and analyze shopper and market insights and competitive strategies to define and build the optimal go to market strategy. Overseeing and taking part in the development of communication materials. Mobilize and collaborate with both internal departments and external partner agencies in order to deliver in-market executions on time.

An important part has been to secure launches, campaigns and brand implementation on a local level. The role has also included forecasting launches, overseeing POS material production, securing in-store visibility, presenting for both internal and extrenal stakeholders along with budget responsibility.
