Project management and responsible for the local office in Uppsala. Work with supporting non-profit organisations with their volunteers on a local and national level. Tasks include marketing, advertising, statistical analyzing, evaluation of effects and development of new projects. I do trainings in areas such as recruitment, coordinating and motivating volunteers and on how to achieve a better diversity among the volunteers. I apply and report financial aid to city councils, stipends and governmental organisations.

Coordinator for local associations. I support and engage Stockholm the organizations’ 16 local associations and train youths, teachers in project management, organizational skills, group processes, non-violence and power structures. I also apply, evaluate and report results for project grants from Forum Syd, Myndigheten för Ungdoms- och Civilsamhällesfrågor, Folke Bernadotte Academy, amongst others. Good knowledge of working with result based work according to the LFA, SWOT analysis and budget monitoring.

Held workshops for school youths in sustainable tourism.
