I'm an audio engineer and sound designer based in Denver, Colorado. Growing up on video games and an early interest in audio led me to look into sound design and implementation for video games, a passion I am now dedicating my education and work experience to. With degrees in Recording Arts, Film Production, and Computer Science, I aim to create immersive and unique interactive audio experiences.Through both independent and team-based projects, I've developed the skills to both create and contribute to the audio direction of a title. I've lead sound teams of up to four people and worked under audio leads and directors to execute their visions. I've worked in industry-standard DAWs such as Reaper and ProTools, and lead the integration efforts on multiple game titles to add Wwise or FMOD to allow for more detailed and immersive soundscapes. I'm also passionate about growing my local landscape of audio professionals and enthusiasts. I'm the host of the Colorado Game Audio meetup, which brings in 10 to 20 people per month and has provided networking and friendship opportunities to attendees in the greater Denver area.As a designer, I've worked on projects spanning a wide range of genres, mediums, and sizes. Examples include:- Dwindle, ByteHack, and Shatterbound, developed by Rabid Troll Studios- Scarlet O'Beetle and the Unseen World, a finalist in the Just Play Jam 2024 for Climate Futures showcased at the Hollywood Climate Summit- Yesterday, an animated short directed by Clare Gatreaux- 10+ student and indie films produced in association with the University of Colorado at Denver- The Doing Our Bit podcast hosted by the International Game Developers Association Climate Special Interest Group- Sound design and engineering for 3 live theatrical productions- Audio branding for TimeAndTactics, a strategy gameplay channelI want to contribute to an organization that values the opinions and independence of its employees.
