• Greets customers without delay when they enter the store. Show urgency in providing service to customers and satisfying their needs. • Is attentive to details: review prescriptions and identifies special needs, consulting with Optician when necessary.• Demonstrates good product knowledge; takes the initiative to accurately describe the features and benefits of various lenses and frames.• Assemble and repair glasses with the supervision of the optician. • Operate various computer applications in order to input customer information, order stock, generate sales summary, etc.• Accurately operate the cashier terminal, collecting proper payment while following company security procedures.

•Attending undergraduate lectures, taking very detailed notes typed directly onto a laptop so the students can be provided with the notes at the end of the lecture in softcopy or hardcopy form. •Prepare for classes by reviewing course outlines and notes, previewing text books to promote understanding of any technical or specialized vocabulary, and when necessary contact student or instructor for further information. •Transmit data in a style preferred by the student. •Participate in other duties as assigned.

Primary Responsibilities• Answers and responds to incoming calls from clients in order to provide accurate information and resolve any issues. • Handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion in accordance with Data Privacy requirements pertaining to these calls in a timely, courteous and professional manner.• Perform, track and log all transactions performed.• Perform all other duties as assigned.
