"Mokom o!!!" - a warm salutation in the Ibibio language, and a sincere welcome to my page.I am a Product Manager on a mission to inspire, empower, educate, and drive positive change in my community. I have had the opportunity of having a 2 years dynamic career spanning various sectors including advertising, e-commerce, customer service, and vehicle leasing. My colleagues call me “Product Princess” as I have a passion for creating impactful solutions that resonate with users and drive business growth.My journey into the world of product management began with my first boss who gave me a chance to learn in his team. Given that opportunity, I dove headfirst into the fast-paced world of advertising, where I quickly learned the importance of understanding consumer behavior and market dynamics. Working with top-tier clients such as MTN, UBA Bank, Access Bank, and many more, I gained invaluable experience in crafting products that have solved their advertising and customer relations solutions.In 2022, I launched "Operation Feed the Streets," a grassroots initiative aimed at tackling hunger by feeding the homeless in the town I did the compulsory 1 year National Youth Service Corps program in Akure, Ondo State, Nigeria. Armed with nothing but a passion for change and a willingness to roll up my sleeves, I rallied volunteers, secured donations, and organized food drives that provided much-needed nourishment to those in need.The success of "Operation Feed the Streets" fueled my determination to do more. In 2023, I founded Skills Tea, an initiative dedicated to empowering individuals with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in today's fast-paced world. Our flagship program, "Get Into Tech," brought together young tech professionals and aspiring enthusiasts for hands-on training sessions aimed at helping them get started in the tech industry and providing practical guidance on starting a career in technology. Beyond my work in social impact, I am also a passionate writer and mentor. My book, "Jar of Oil," is a testament to my belief in the power of storytelling to inspire, uplift, and provoke change. Drawing from personal experiences and lessons learned, I share insights, anecdotes, and practical advice for navigating life's challenges and embracing one's full potential.In addition to writing, I find fulfillment in mentoring aspiring product managers, sharing my knowledge, and helping others navigate product development and management.
