- Educating current dialysis patients (ESRD) and CKD patients on treatment options. - Building relationships with multiple MD’s, RN’s, DO’s and supporting staff to provide superior care to patients. - Building and maintaining a pipeline of patients for Home Therapies - Case managing patients as needed in order to satisfy the patients needs. - Timely documentation on all interactions with MD’s and patients. - Organizing Home Therapy awareness events for staff and the community.

- Supervising staff and after school students - Making lesson plans and teaching Science to students - Organizing and filing paperwork and attendance sheets.
