Worked on a broad range of projects for Musgrave Wholesale Partners. This includes research into future trends, scoping ideas, preparing business cases & executing on projects.Managed the roll out and delivery of Musgrave's online ordering platform for foodservice customers. Recruited, on-boarded and managed all customer accounts Assistant Brand Manager.

- Supported the marketing and innovation team with quantitative and qualitative research to analyse the performance of new and existing products to help inform product development strategy. - These insights helped Glenisk’s NPD function to explore and implement new product launches as well as improvements to existing products and line.

Carried out work with the 'School Friends Study', which is investigating behavioural and social interactions between 7-9 year old twins and their classmates, as well as the effect of diet on cognitive development. My role on the research team involved assisting with school and home visits, administrative work and communicating with schools prior to visits.

- Worked as the company’s first employee to develop new functional food products, including 3 risotto mixes.- Created nutritional blends of seaweeds specifically for the needs of elderly consumers.- Managed the company’s website using Shopify, and controlled the social media accounts.

Ran the social media channels for both Easy Food and Easy Gluten Free magazines, created competitions, posted daily recipes, and interacted with readers.Liaised with PR representatives to source readers to test and review their products.
