My approach to indulging in life, by savoring exquisite food.In February 2015, I created my own company as a personal chef and caterer, managing all aspects of the business, from marketing to strategy to cooking. Exclusively and individually designed client events included a variety of dinner/birthday/fundraising/cabaret parties and catering daily lunch for a marketing company as well as teaching private classes and hosting interactive, demonstration style themed lunches for up to 10 people.

Public Counsel is the largest pro-bono legal organization in the US. I worked in the Children’s Rights Project, which specializes in adoptions out of foster care. I provided administrative support to legal executives, liaising with adoptive families and support services, ensuring optimum level of care for adoptees. As a bilingual Spanish/English speaker, I took an ambassador role on adoption days, liaising between families, judges and legal executives of the non-profit agencies.

I created a company which provided translation and tutoring services to UK firms involved with the Spanish market. I tutored employees, individuals and groups, in the Spanish language in order to enhance their job effectiveness. I translated business documents such as contracts, agreements, and correspondence from Spanish to English and the reverse. I also proofread business documents and correspondence.

A packaging manufacturing firm specializing in food, tobacco, and pharmaceutical industries. My role as EA was to liaise between the Spanish subsidiary and the US Headquarters. I was responsible for all communications and reporting, as well as detailing schedules and arrangements for visitors – travel, meetings, interpreting etc. In an additional logistics role, I worked on worldwide non-Spanish speaking client orders, from order initiation, coordinating the entire manufacturing operation, through to preparation for shipping and export documentation.
