I am responsible for my own case load of residential sale files, transfer of equity files and remortgage files. I deal with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other side solicitors at every stage of the transaction from instruction to completion. Advising and keeping clients up to date with the progress of their file both via telephone and email. I deal with property enquiries and prepare & action sale files to exchange of contract and completion. I assist with purchase matters, ordering searches and interpreting results. I also draft transactional documents and mortgage reports.

Worked in house for Fairhome Group, a company who provide supported living for vulnerable adults in the UK. My role is to manage the legal side of the transaction from buying the property into Group and then selling to an investment partner. The content of my job includes liaising with and maintaining a relationship with our vendors and funders, handling complex legal problems (which are both property and corporate based) and running cases to completion.
