It - Flight Operations Systems Specialist
Current- Product Owner for AIMS: Acting as the primary point of contact between stakeholders — including customers, business managers, and the technical team — to ensure the product aligns with flight operations needs and regulatory requirements.- Incident Response and Recovery: Developing and implementing incident response plans for IT-related disruptions or failures affecting flight operations. Collaborating with stakeholders to quickly resolve incidents and minimize the impact on flight schedules and safety.- Flight Operations Software Integration: Integrating various software systems used in flight operations, such as flight planning, crew scheduling, and operational reporting systems. Ensuring data consistency and interoperability between different systems.- System Maintenance and Quality Assurance: Ensuring that all flight operations systems are properly maintained to optimize performance. Conducting regular maintenance tasks, troubleshooting technical issues, and performing updates or upgrades as needed.
