I am an Alumni at FIDM (Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising) with an Associates of Arts Degree in Merchandise Product Development. Through out the courses taken, I have developed skills in product development and knowledge of the retail industry such as target customer analysis and apparel process which includes pattern making as well as creating tech packs. I have also attended the LACCD for Graphic design, Marketing, and Mandarin. With my work experience and formidable education as the foundation for my skills and abilities, as well as contributing to growth in the previous company I worked with, I am seeking new challenges with a company to display my exceptional leadership and great communication skills.I have managed retail stores as well as a warehouse team with an outstanding ethical and professional standards along with exceptional guest relations, I believe would allow me to make a contribution to any team. I was responsible for overseeing the opening and closing of the retail store as well as the warehouse and handling employee and customer concerns professionally. My biggest priority was ensuring the store and website ran smoothly and that all issues were addressed in a timely manner.Wearing multiple hats within the company I worked for has allowed me to understand the aspects of running a business and what it takes to manage employees.
