Before retiring from my job, I was a teacher educator and a curriculum-co team member for the implementation of the Teacher-Competency Standard Framework in Myanmar. I have sufficient experience in terms of being a language teacher, educator, curriculum core team member, and focal person in the promotion of gender equality in teacher education over the last fifteen years. My next involvement is in the field of Promotion of Gender Equality in Teacher Education Institutions in the Asia-Pacific Region for reviewing the localized gender curriculum for teacher education.Now I am performing as the organizer of a volunteer education organization that ensures that students’ education does not lag behind the current situation. I also have good partnership and communication experience with government and non-governmental organizations in both formal and informal ways. From several experiences, I gain the chance how to build strong relationships with all departments in a certain organization. I believe that I have a strong ability to work within a team as well as cross-team. I can work with various levels of staff to solve problems in different types of situations and implement technical enhancements. I want to be one of those who will reconstruct the country in the area of making development, re-engineering the crucial sectors, implementing practical policies, and so on.
