Substitute Teacher
The substitute's responsibility was to seamlessly step into the role of the regular classroom teacher and provide students with a positive and engaging learning experience. This included preparation to arrive at the classroom well-prepared with a lesson plan, materials, and knowledge of the subject matter. I took the time to review the regular teacher's plans and ensure that the students understood the expectations for the day. I was required to adapt quickly to the unique needs and dynamics of each classroom. It was my duty to manage unexpected situations and provide structure and support when necessary. Another vital requirement was to communicate effectively the material given to me in a manner that promoted students' comprehension. Furthermore, it is the responsibility of the substitute to manage the classroom. I was in charge of establishing clear boundaries and providing appropriate feedback to students. I evaluated students' progress through a variety of assessments, including tests, quizzes, and assignments. I informed both the students and their teachers about their academic performance.
