Currently working as assistant professor for General Psychology, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Experimental Psychology, Psychological Statistics, and Independent Research (Thesis) for undergraduate students of Ateneo de Manila Loyola Schools. Also acts as adviser for some Masters students and defense panel to both the undergrad and grad levels in the School of Management and the School of Social Sciences.

The Program Officer for Research is tasked to handle applied and basic research for various organizations. This would entail meeting with potential clients, creating a dedicated team in-charge for the organization's project, and generally overseeing all the administrative and documentary activities related to the project such as scheduling further meetings between the client and project team, monitoring budgets, remuneration of the project team members, and ensuring that the entire activity is within the allotted time calendar. In addition, the Program Officer is also in-charge of the bi-monthly "Workplace Wisdom" column in the Philippine Daily Inquirer, finding a topic and suitable writers for the column, proofreading and sending the finalized document to the newspaper. Within a fiscal year there are also at least two scheduled Trendwatcher Series which the PO-R oversees from inception of the topic, and includes inviting selected guest speakers, ensuring the venue, and marketing the event. Knowledgeable and highly skilled with project management and equipped with financial management, this position is also responsible for book launches and accepting research grants which the Center approves.
