-Oversee all aspects of buyer & seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing.-Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan and appraisal processes.-Coordinate inspections, assist in negotiations regarding repairs, and coordinate completion of repairs.-Regularly update & maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender etc.-Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance.-Coordinate moving/possession schedules.-Schedule, coordinate & attend closing process.-Input all client information into client database system.-Schedule 30 Day, 90 Day & 120 Day client customer service follow up calls to assist with any home improvement provider recommendations and to ask for referrals.

As head of the marketing department, I oversee all communication, public relations and promotional activities selected to support our brand and marketing strategies. This includes design, production and distribution of print materials such as brochures, ads and direct response plus hosting local events within the community. In line with the need to keep the brand in front of the target audience, I manage press relations, speaking engagements, special events and community outreach activities. Website maintenance, social media maintenance and marketing for all of my agents as well as additional tasks supervised. I am responsible for marketing a staff of professionals and serve as an internal consultant to any business units within the corporation. Staying informed about marketing trends and monitoring our industry changes helps us maintain firm competitiveness. As keeper of the NextHome brand, I often attend client presentations as well as marketing seminars and help prepare request for proposals to make sure we are staying on top of our game and getting our "NextHome" name known!
