About Emer O'Donnell (Callery)

I have spent the last two decades working with, and as part of, senior leadership teams solving the challenges that come with growing and scaling a business. 🎓 My interest in the team dynamics and people side of business led me down the path of leadership coaching, and I now hold an MSc in Business and Executive coaching, with a speciality in Team Coaching. I’m passionate about helping companies unlock and leverage team dynamics to deliver growth.Currently programme lead on Enterprise Ireland’s startup initiative Founders Forum, @hpsufoundersforum, I have extensive experience in delivery of executive education programmes.📚 Author of numerous industry research reports and publications including The Growth Transformers Roadmap (2016) and The Product Management Minefield (2008).
