Completed desktop research and compiled information regarding housing under the NDIS. Presented information to stakeholders regarding the size of the opportunity, what it would take to execute well, and how growth results could be achieved.

I serviced the gardens and grounds for the South-Eastern Monash Health contract, as well as the Mount Scopus College contract. Not only did I complete the works assigned, but supervised other team members to deliver a high standard of quality for our clients.

Provided tutoring for several students in VCE English, Legal Studies, EAL, Global Politics, History (Australian/ Revolutions).

Autonomously and efficiently completed daily work given by a supervising barrister in administrative law pertaining to refugee and Indigenous clients across the Australian jurisdiction. Specifically, case chronologies, medical chronologies and formatting legal documents.

Coordinated all residential affairs/complaints and professional communications during office hours. Also managed the attached ‘Gryphon House’ Hotel for academic guests.Responsible for liaising with over 50 residents regarding academic support, pastoral care and communications from Administration.Developed the College’s media strategy and outreach to alumni to further the brand of the institution. This included managing media fiascos, alumni balls and dinners and academic networking sessions.

Responsible for the maintenance of the out-door museum, as well as conducting “activations” which included tours, performances and visitor interactions.
