With over 10 years of experience in the coffee market, I have extensive knowledge of the production, quality, and processing of green coffee beans, as well as the market trends and dynamics.I am passionate about delivering excellence and value to our customers, suppliers, and partners, while ensuring compliance and alignment with our policies and projects. In my previous roles, I have successfully managed supplier risk assessment, stock control, pricing, inventory management, blending review, and new supplier development. I have also worked as an expatriate in Nicaragua, where I gained valuable international exposure and cultural awareness. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Agronomic Engineering from the University of São Paulo and an MBA in Management from the Fundação Getulio Vargas. I am fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
