I have a strong background in the Industrial field, with ten years of experience in different roles and responsibilities. I've operated various types of machines and equipment as a Machine Operator, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards. I've also monitored and evaluated the production processes and outputs as a Quality Control and Process Management, identifying and resolving any issues or deviations.I've demonstrated leadership skills by training and supervising other employees in the operational area, delegating tasks, and providing feedback. One of my achievements was being selected to participate in the WPO (Work Place Organization) training by the CEO of Operations of Tarkett Brazil. After the training, I worked with the management team on continuous improvement projects to optimize production efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.I've shown analytical and critical thinking skills by finding solutions and opportunities for improving manufacturing processes. For example, in 2018, at Tarkett Brazil, I designed a project selected for the continuous improvement program. The project focused on increasing productivity in the bottleneck of a production line by eliminating employee idleness. The project reduced the idle time by 8 minutes per hour, resulting in an 11% increase in productivity. This achievement earned me the best idea of the Month Award in January.As a quality project manager, I managed WCM tools that helped identify and solve quality issues promptly and effectively.
