( Elior Uk )• Ensuring the (28) meeting rooms which are split into two different floors/ function rooms are set out accordingly to customer requirements as designated on the daily overview/function sheet. Setting up and serving cold Buffets, delivering working lunches in the conference rooms, overseeing conference set up,• Making sure the staff break out areas designed for use of internal & external clients are replenished throughout the day.• Ensuring and providing the best possible service to all customers including executive’s external visitors. I am responsible for looking after this site in Cardinal Place. Handling guest problems and complaints.• Providing supervision to on site team and support the hospitality manager.• Supporting the maintenance of all machines on site.• Providing assistance in regard to last minute catering requests.• Liaising with concierge, office managers and personal assistants. • Making sure that all coffee & snack Vending machines are running properly and also to raise any job that is required in case of faulty machines through EDF's Internal Help Desk, to make sure fully trained in the use of all catering equipment in the designated are. Accurate counting and recording of vending cash received and to be banked.• Raising and receipting Purchase orders. • Setting contractors to work.• Ensuring company COSHH and HACCP regulations are adhered to all times.• Ensuring company Health & Safety regulations are adhered to all times.• Reporting any defects complaints or compliments to line manager immediately.• Professional/ courteous to all visitors and members of staff.• Responsible and training new employees.• Performing weekly stock takes weekly as designated and placing weekly orders to designed suppliers.
