• Responsibility for the monthly general ledger close activities for both US GAAP & Local Statutory purposes multiple entities. • Review of monthly reconciliations & journals to ensure high quality compliance with US GAAP and local GAAP standards.• Reviewing Process documentation for transitioned & existing work to ensure that our documentation of our processes and procedures is of a sufficient standard to support business continuity objectives• Liaises with internal and external auditors, in particular monitoring statutory audit progress and ensure delivery of quality product to the auditors to facilitate on time filing of statutory financial statements. In particular applicants must have: 1. Manage multiple audit requirements listings within minimal management input. • Approve all associated balance sheet reconciliations • Approve journal entries prepared by Assistant Chief Accountants and Accounting Clerks • Management of inter-company recharges • Provide direct support and guidance of activities related to Fixed Assets process, intercompany reconciliation and reporting. (SAP super user) • Identify opportunities for accounting and reporting process improvements and work with staff to implement them.• Report on key performance metrics within Record-to-Report processes• Lead, coach, develop and establish goals for direct reports so they can proactively carry out their role to the highest possible standard• People management activities . monitoring attendance, productivity, performance, completing head to head meetings with team members to review assigned tasks & performance

- Complete all Grant Thornton requirements in order to complete the income tax presentation for HBF Argentina- Follow up with Brazil employees of statutory requirements and control of presentations of information needed. - Create a better control of SOx processes (Certification and testing) to give better results control used in HB Fuller.- Create the new HBF LASS charge out to intercompany, review each department in San Jose site to split the cost to other entities according to works or services requirements.- Review and approve accounting reconciliation process related to taxes accounts.- Follow up to cash flow process to ensure the correct payment of vendors and the correct application of payments policy- Check and discuss with IT department new requirements from local governments and place a control to ensure the correct implementation of that.

- Complete the change from a company-driven organization to a process-driven organization for Intercompany, fixed assets and Blackline.- Establish a control for intercompany aging in order to ensure the use of company policy and to create cash flows for payments.- Set the use of intercompany aging control as official document for payments department to reduce the intercompany pending amount to pay and days of aging.- Complete the use of Blackline as official system to record Journal entries, testing the process and teaching to final users the tool, and support to direct issues.- Set Blackline as the official site to have checklist of task for RTR team, improving the quality of download information from tasks and the follow up for RTR managers.- Standardize the process to work with intercompany process and reduce at least one the final report for financial statements and other regions confirmation.- Clean up of fixed assets differences between GL and fixed assets auxiliary.- Analyze the fixed assets auxiliary to complete all corporative requirements for the functional currency reporting financial statements.- Create KPI´s for Intercompany and Fixed Assets Areas- Control of Construction in Progress items and ensure correct capitalization of fixed assets.- Monthly intercompany reconciliation of each LA entity with all HBF entity- Complete and standardize the accounting reconciliations of FA and IC.- Support to complete the change of accounting requirements of HBF Brazil to IFRS.- Migrate the financial support in HBF Chile to San Jose site, taking all responsibilities of person in Chile and transfer the knowledge to a new person in Costa Rica - Control and apply the complete process of fixed assets for LA.- Plan and execute the annual fixed assets inventory.
