・Primarily responsible for making complicated 2D and 3D drawings of Connector Housing, Terminal, Packing, Rubber Seal for handmade, quotation, examination, revisions and assembly purposes to be used for prototype and mass production of wiring harnesses based on different customer’s specifications using CAD software. Conduct difficult research and development tasks related product design. Conduct troubleshooting difficult design and molding problems. Make sure that the output meets customer requirements.・Create CAD models and drawings for Connector (an automotive wiring harness component) designs.・Prepared checked and coordinated documentation to support Connector design and application.・Supported engineering design development through analysis and simulation of prototypes and 3D computer models.
