I was contracted as an intern for a non-profit organization whose revenue stream is primarily membership driven. They had not modified their membership dues schedule in many years and were struggling to quantify the impact a dues change would have on their financials and membership count. I met numerus times with their leadership team and membership committee to understand their needs, their membership makeup, existing dues structure, and targeted financial performance. I took this information and created a revenue model that took into account price sensitivity, provided three possible options with variable functionality, calculated increase and decrease in membership and revenue from different options and provided an interactive display dashboard that visually articulated the underlying financial specifics. I then presented the results and findings to the committee and leadership team. We had one iteration before it was finalized and presented to the Board of directors who unanimously voted to move forward with the revenue model. The feedback I received from the leadership team about the model I created was that it gave the organization the insight to make a decision confidently.

Coordinated closely with outside counsel and accounting on key corporate compliance and legal corporate agreements. Listened to key stakeholder needs for visually articulated complex financial information that could leverage data visualization tools and techniques and deployed dashboards for use in management oversight, key personal monitoring and motivational metrics.
